Police investigating collision near Highway 28

One person was transported to hospital with serious injuries after a single vehicle collision near Highwy 28 in the Township of Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan earlier this month. 

On Sept 5, 2022, shortly after 9 a.m., members of the Killaloe Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision involving a pickup truck on Bruceton Road. 

The 27-year-old driver from Palmer Rapids was travelling southbound on Bruceton Road and suffered a loss of control resulting in the vehicle leaving the roadway and striking two large trees. The driver was transported to hospital by paramedics with serious injuries.

The vehicle was towed. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
