After being briefed on the Ottawa River's water level status Saturday morning, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau met with volunteers in Constance Bay and started filling sandbags.

He said, "if it's not tornadoes, it's flooding," as he thanked everyone for their hard work.

Water is expected to rise another couple of feet in most areas on along the Ottawa River, on both the Ottawa and Gatineau sides, before it peaks on Monday and Tuesday.
