Parents with questions about marijuana will have a chance to ask them Thursday at the first of two public meetings Thursday evening.
The meeting will feature representatives from both the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board and Ottawa Public Health.
The event aims to tackle the myths around using marijuana, discuss how the law is changing and give parents some insight on how to talk to their kids about the drug.
Thursday's meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. at Gloucester High School at 2060 Ogilvie Rd.
A second info session will be held on May 3 at Sir Robert Borden High School at 131 Greenbank Rd.
