Robbery offender wanted on Canada Wide Warrant

he Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E) squad is asking the public for assistance in locating a man wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of day parole.
Ryan Phillips, 34, is known to frequent Ottawa, Toronto, and Hamilton.
He is serving a two year sentence for Robbery, Use of Imitation Firearm, Possession of a substance and assault causing bodily harm.
Phillips is described as:
- Black male
- 5'7″ (170 cm)
- 155 lbs (70kgs)
- Black hair and brown eyes.
- Tattoos on the right side of his head, left cheek, right hand, upper back, forehead.
- Scars on his chest and upper back.
