Voting period opens in Mississippi Mills

Voting has begun in Mississippi Mills for the 2022 municipal election.
There are no paper ballots this year, with residents casting their vote electronically by phone or online.
To vote, electors need the personalized pin from their voter information letter and their date of birth.
Anyone who didn't receive a voter information letter can visit one of the municipality's voter help centres with proof of identity and residency, such as a driver's license or utility bill.

Almonte Old Town Hall:
- Saturday, October 22 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Monday, October 24 from 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Stewart Community Centre:
- Saturday, October 22 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Monday, October 24 from 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Municipal Office (3131 Old Perth Road, Almonte)
- Monday, October 17 from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 18 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 19 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30p.m.
- Thursday, October 20 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday, October 21 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday, October 22 from 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Monday, October 24( Election Day) from 8:30 a.m. to the end of voting at 8 p.m.
The voting periods began at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 17 and will continue until 8 p.m. on Election Day, which is Monday, Oct. 24.
