The Ottawa Redblacks announced on Jan. 31 that the Canadian Football League (CFL) team has re-signed defensive back Money Hunter to a one-year contract.

Hunter joined the Redblacks as a free agent in 2022 and was limited to 12 games. He recorded 38 tackles, and a career high four interceptions, including two against the BC Lions in week four of the 2022 CFL season.

He first signed with the Edmonton Elks jn February of 2018 and moved on to the Montreal Alouettes for the 2021 campaign, earning East all-star honours.
