Senators sign Jayce Hawryluk to one-year, two-way contract

The Ottawa Senators have signed forward Jayce Hawryluk to a one-year, two-way contract worth $750,000 at the National Hockey League (NHL) level, general manager Pierre Dorion announced on Monday, July 25.
Hawryluk spent last season with Skelleftea AIK of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) where he recorded eight goals and 19 points in 39 regular season games.
Prior to that, the 26-year-old has played 98 NHL games with the Florida Panthers, Ottawa Senators and Vancouver Canucks, registering 12 goals and 27 points over his career.
Hawryluk was selected by the Panthers in the second round, 32nd overall, at the 2014 NHL Draft.
