Another person charged after drugs and stolen weapons found in Chesterville

The Ontario Provincial Police are charging a second person in a drug and weapons bust in Chesterville.

Officers searched a home on County Road 7 on May 29, uncovering marijuana plants, crystal meth, speed pills, cocaine and Canadian cash.

Officers also seized multiple stolen firearms, including a sawed off shotgun, ammunition and a Yamaha ATV.
 
Brittany Tessier, 31, of North Dundas was arrested and charged with;

– Possession of a Controlled Substance for the purpose of Trafficking (5 counts)
– Produce a control substance
– Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 (9 counts)
– Unauthorized Possession of a weapon (4 counts)
– Careless storage of a firearm (5 counts)

She was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on July 3.
