Gatineau police are back at a local CEGEP, on the 10th anniversary of the murder of Valerie Leblanc.

The 18-year-old's mutilated body was found in a wooded area behind the Gabrielle Roy Campus of the CEGEP de l'Outaoais, 10 years ago today.

Her killer or killers have never been found, and police are still looking to speak with a man, seen in the area after the murder.

Gatineau police have set up a command post for the day in the parking lot of the log cabin, next to the CEGEP, on cite des Jeunes Boulevard.

Investigators hope that someone will come forward to give them new information about the killing at the command post, or by contacting the police by phone or online.

A $10,000 is being offered for anyone who has information that leads to an arrest in the case.
