FOUND: Missing 15-year-old girl, last seen in neighbourhood near Place d’Orleans

The Ottawa Police Service has located Kiersta Goldsmith safely.

They would like to thank the public for their assistance.

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public's help to track down a missing 15-year-old girl, last seen on Saturday, May 18, in the area of Maisonneuve Street, near Place d'Orleans.

Kiersta Goldsmith is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • 5' 9'' (175 cm)
  • 140 lbs (67 kg)
  • Medium build
  • Black, shoulder-length hair with blond streaks and shaved on one side
  • Green eyes 
  • Piercings in her ears and lips

Goldsmith was last seen wearing:

  • Black converse running shoes
  • Black pants
  • Black t-shirt
  • Several necklaces
  • Faded denim jacket
  • Black toque
  • Black bandana tied around her right knee
  • Large black backpack with lime green trim

Anyone with information about the current whereabouts of Goldsmith is asked to call the Ottawa Police at 613-236-1222. 

If you have information that could assist investigators, but do not know where she is currently, please contact the Missing Persons Unit 613-236-1222, ext. 2355, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, daily.
