OPP looking for federal offender known to frequent Ottawa and Montreal

Laveaux Francois is serving time for conspiracy and drug trafficking charges, among other offences.

The Ontario Provincial Police's (OPP) Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is asking for the public's help in locating a federal offender, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching parole.

Laveaux Francois is described as:

  • Black
  • 59-years-old
  • 5'11" tall (180 cm)
  • 235 lbs (107 kg)
  • Grey, balding hair
  • Brown eyes
He is currently serving a 14-year and 22-day sentence for:
  • Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence
  • Import/Export Narcotic
  • Possess Narcotic
  • Possess Narcotic for the Purpose of Trafficking
Francois is known to frequent the Ottawa and Montreal areas.
