Ottawa police investigating another shooting in Greenboro

A 19-year-old suffered serious, but not life-threatening injuries.

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) wants to hear from anyone who might have information about a shooting on Lorry Greenberg Drive in Greenboro.

Officers responded to a call for shots fired in the neighbourhood, just north of Hunt Club Road, around 9:50 p.m. on Sunday, August 29.

A 19-year-old man was treated and taken to the hospital by paramedics with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

In addition to speaking with anyone who may have information about this incident, police are also looking for anyone who may have have dashcam footage or security footage in the area. 

Police are still investigating a homicide in that area, which happened in January.
