Ottawa police lay charges after OPP officer claims to be harassed by tow truck driver

Ottawa police are investigating the harassment of a local Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer by a tow truck driver.

Officers have not released many details in the case, but they say Dustin Ymker, 34, of Ottawa, has been charged with:

  • Criminal Harassment
  • Intimidation of a Justice Participant
  • Breach of an Undertaking (three counts)

He was scheduled to appear in court, Friday.
