The Ottawa Police Service is investigating a bank robbery on Main Street, just north of Highway 417 at Colonel By Drive, and is asking for the public's assistance to identify a suspect.
On Thursday, November 8, at approximately 10:45 a.m.,
Officers say a man walked into the bank, demanding cash. He received an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene.
No one was injured.
The suspect is described as a white male, between 45 and 55-years old, about 6' 0'' (183 cm), and a medium build with short hair. He was wearing a dark baseball cap with a white logo, a beige winter/construction jacket and reading glasses.
