Ottawa police trying to track down suspect in robbery near Blair Station

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public's help to identify a man involved in a street robbery.

Officers say a man was walking in the area of Queensway Park, near Blair Station, around 11 p.m. on June 19, when he was approached by the suspect. The victim was assaulted and fell to the ground. The suspect then stole several items from him. 

Police say the victim suffered minor injuries. 

The suspect is described as:

  • Black
  • In his mid- to late-20s
  • Bald
  • Muscular build
  • 190-200 lbs (86-91 kg)
  • Was wearing blue Adidas pants, a dark t-shirt and slip-on shoes
