Police calling for witnesses in West Hunt Club Road fatal collision investigation

Three vehicles were involved in the crash, including a dump truck.

A 31-year-old man is dead after a three-vehicle crash on West Hunt Club Road, and Ottawa police want to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the incident.

Officers say the crash happened around 6:45 p.m. on Monday, September 20, just west of Greenbank Road.

The three vehicles involved include a grey 2020 Subaru Outback, a white 2015 Kenworth dump truck and a white 2008 Chevrolet Silverado. The driver of the Silverado was pronounced dead at the scene.  

Investigators would like to speak with anyone who saw what happened, assisted emergency responders or may have dash cam footage of the incident. 

Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call the Ottawa Police Collision Investigation Unit at 613-236-1222 ext. 2481.
