The second incident took place on Sept. 16 at around 8 p.m. in the area of Uplands Drive and Bennett Street. A 29-year-old woman was walking on the sidewalk when a man came towards her in a grassy area and struck her, resulting in minor injuries.

Investigators believe the same person is responsible for both assaults, and is described as a male, between the ages of 20 and 30, 5'7" to 5'9", skinny build, long black curly hair past the shoulders that was worn in a ponytail. At the time of the incidents, the suspect was wearing a dark baseball hat, white t-shirt, dark shorts and white running shoes.
