Police investigating shooting on Queensway

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is investigating a shooting that took place in the afternoon of May 12 on Highway 417 westbound between the Metcalfe Street and Parkdale Avenue exits.
The OPS was advised of two people in hospital with gunshot wounds. A 25-year-old man and woman were admitted with non-life threatening injuries and were later released. Investigators confirmed there was gunfire between two vehicles, and stated this was a targeted shooting. The two victims were not co-operating with police investigators.
