Police nab federal offender known to frequent Ottawa

A federal offender wanted on a Canada wide warrant for breaching his statutory release has been located and arrested. 

Michael Rhyno, 29, was arrested on Aug. 11 by Ottawa police officers. 

Rhyno is currently serving a four year, nine month and 15 day sentence for manslaughter and uttering threats to cause harm/death. 

Rhyno is known to frequent Ottawa, Ontario and Halifax, Nova Scotia.
