Police seeking witnesses to fatal collision in east end

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is seeking witnesses to a fatal collision that occurred last week in Ottawa's east end.
Ottawa paramedics received a call just before 6 a.m. on Friday, July 22 reporting a collision involving a pedestrian on Marier Avenue and Deschamps Avenue in the Vanier area.
Paramedics, in a statement to CityNews Ottawa, said the pedestrian who was struck was pronounced dead at the scene.
