Police seeking witnesses to overnight collision

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) Collision Unit is seeking witnesses to a serious collision that occurred overnight in the city's west end.

The collision happened just after midnight on Oct. 5 on Old Richmond Road, roughly one kilometre north of Eagleson Road. A 17-year-old male suffered life-threatening injuries and remains in hospital.

Investigators would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dashcam footage of the incident and have not yet spoken to police.
