St. Laurent assault and robbery suspects arrested

The young victim was reportedly attacked at a bus stop on Sunday.

Ottawa police have arrested two men in connection with a weekend robbery near the St. Laurent Mall. 

According to police, a young man was assaulted and robbed at a bus shelter on St. Laurent Boulevard and Lemieux Street on November 11 around 7 p.m.

The victim suffered minor injuries during the robbery. 

The two suspects were arrested nearby. 

Devontae Spencer-Long, 18, and Joshua Acettuno-Bonilla, 18, are each facing one count of robbery. Spencer-Long has also been charged with possession of property obtained by crime.
