Teen charged after threats made at Rockland school

A 13-year-old is being charged for uttering threats following an incident in Rockland.

Russell County Ontario Provincial Police responded to threats in a local school on Tuesday, April 9. 

The identity of the accused cannot be released under terms of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
