Three suspects nabbed in credit card fraud investigation

Three people have been arrested and a number of items were seized after police searched a home on Amsterdam Street in Gatineau.
Following an investigation that began in November 2018, the Ottawa Police's Organized Fraud Unit, with the assistance of the Gatineau Police Service, executed a search warrant in the 1-110-block of Amsterdam St., Wednesday morning.
The items that were seized were ordered online using stolen credit card numbers.
Salaheddine Oudmine, 22, Mohamed Oudmine, 20, and Ayoub Skoray, 19, of Gatineau have been charged with:
– Fraud over $5,000
– Conspiracy to commit an indictable offence
– Possession of proceeds of crime
All three accused are scheduled to appear on February 19.
