Wanted federal inmate known to frequent Ottawa area

OTTAWA – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of being Unlawfully at Large.  

James Houle is described as an Caucasian male, 39 years of age, 6'2″ (188 cms), 194 lbs (89kgs). He has a tattoo on his left shoulder of a tiger and Chinese lettering on his right shoulder and a snake tattoo on his left forearm.  

Houle is serving a three year and one month sentence for Break and Enter x 4, Theft Over $5,000 x4, Fail to Comply with an Undertaking, Fail to Comply with Probation Order, Possess Stolen Credit Card, Possess a Schedule I Substance x 2, Fraud Over $5,000 and Possess Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000.  

The offender is known to frequent the Ottawa, Barrie and Thunder Bay areas.
