Ontario's Special Investigations Unit determined a man most likely broke his ankle as he aggressively kicked the inside of a police cruiser.

There are no details about the nature of the threat, as police continue to investigate.

A man smashed his way into a commercial building, but didn't take anything.  Still, police want to know who he is.
