The accused was tracked down in Cornwall and arrested.

An attack on a young student on November 8 was caught on tape.

David "Conquer" Couture was found in a home, about a 45 minute drive south of Montreal.

A man in his fifties suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the incident.

Police say the thieves made appointments with potential victims in Ottawa's west end, offering to buy their phones.

The City of Ottawa recently installed special signage in neighbourhoods where the gateway speed limit has been reduced below 50 km/hr.  

Following the incident, police learned that a man was dropped off at a local hospital, suffering from non life-threatening gunshot wounds. 

A total of six criminal offences also include criminal negligence causing death.

Authorities are optimistic they will be able to reach the buried excavator, containing the man's body.

Ottawa Paramedics say several students were showing signs of nausea, vomiting and coughing.
