Gatineau man clocked going 155km/hr with suspended licence on Highway 416

A 23-year-old man from Gatineau is facing a driver's licence suspension after Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked the driver speeding on Highway 416 with an already expired licence on Monday, May 3.
According to a tweet from the East Region OPP, the man was caught going 155km/hr while driving on the highway, which has a speed limit of 100km/hr.

The man's licence was already suspended in Quebec but following the stop, a seven-day suspension in Ontario was added on. His vehicle was also impounded and he faces a fine and court date.
