Leeds, Grenville, Lanark COVID-19 vaccine clinics now offering walk-in appointments

By Mike Vlasveld

The Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit now has enough COVID-19 vaccine supply to start offering walk-in vaccinations.

The health unit says walk-ins will be accepted, starting Monday, July 19, at every one of its fixed sites and community clinics.

Walk-in appointments will be accepted each day until one hour before the clinic closes, or until that day's vaccine supply has been given out.

This announcement also means the health unit's vaccine contingency list will be discontinued.

Residents wanting to guarantee they will get a shot are still asked to book an appointment.
