OPP investigate counterfeit money used at Pembroke restaurant

Provincial police are investigating counterfeit money recently discovered in Pembroke.

According to the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), a counterfeit $100 Canadian bank note was used a restaurant on Pembroke Street East.

The restaurant owner reported the fake bill to the OPP on Tuesday, June 22, and it was seized.
