OPP investigating fatal collision north of Cobden

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) says one person is dead after a two-vehicle collision on Beachburg Road, north of Cobden.
Officers were called to the scene, between Finchley Road and Westmeath Road, around 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
One of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Beachburg Road is closed between Finchley Road and Westmeath Road.
An OPP Collision Reconstructionist and Technical Collision Investigator are assisting with the investigation.
