Four arrested and charged with arson

Four people have been arrested and charged with arson after a fire destroyed an abandoned building in Cornwall’s historic Cotton Mill district.
Thirty-six firefighters were called to the building on October 10.
The building was set to be torn down later this year, but the city had started demolition early for safety reasons.
An 18 year-old man from Cornwall was charged with break and enter and arson. the man is scheduled to appear in court on December 14.
Police also charged a 13, 15 and 16 year-old with break and enter and arson.
They were released from police custody on a promise to appear in court at a later date.
