Man convicted of sexual assault involving teenage girl

A 24 year old man found guilty of sex play with a 14 year old girl and a preteen boy has been sentenced to 13 months in jail. Matthew Levesque had been convicted of two counts of sexual assault and two counts of sexual interference in October.

The charges were laid following a disturbing scene witnessed in September of last year in the food court at Place d’Orleans shopping centre.
Two witnesses saw Levesque fondle the girl while her 11-year-old brother licked his ear and sucked on his fingers.
A security guard was alerted and later described the actions as “clearly sexual” according to the Ottawa Sun. He said there was nothing innocent about it despite testimony to that effect by the 14 year old victim .
