School was back in session at Vincent Massey Public School.

Classes were cancelled yesterday after a pipe on Smyth road burst, cutting off water to the school and dozens of homes in the area.

While things were back to normal at the school, the the City asked everyone to avoid Woodroffe avenue between Hunt Club road and Medhurst drive where work was still being done to re-open the entire road after a watermain break on Friday morning. So far they have only opened one southbound lane and that is for transit.
