Top marks for Ottawa’s Paramedic Service. A new city report says the service ranks high for its speediness in responding to calls and the number of defibrillators across the city.
Ottawa paramedics are able to respond to an average call in the city’s urban core in less than eight and a half minutes despite an eight percent increase in calls.
There are also more than 600 buildings throughout the city equipped with defibrillators.
