Case of missing Ottawa teen continues to baffle

The disappearance of an Ottawa teen who went missing for more than a year continues to baffle his family.
Police said they have continued to actively search for 15-year-old Justin Rutter, following up on leads and interviewing people.
Investigators told the Ottawa Citizen they thought Rutter a runaway, but such cases are usually resolved much sooner and what was even more perturbing is that no contact has been made to his family.
He was last seen in October 2010, after leaving his home on Saint Cote Street near Saint Laurent Boulevard. His family said he had no reason to run.
So far there have been six reported sightings, in and around the Ottawa area, though only one was confirmed and that was the week he went missing.
