With above-freezing temperatures in the forecast this weekend, the South Nation Conservation is warning residents that watercourses are expected to rise.
The majority of the rain is expected tomorrow. We could see up to 20 millimeters.
Of particular concern is the Eastern part of Ottawa and Prescott and Russell. A higher rise in river levels may occur in those areas.
Severe flooding and ice jamming are not a concern at this time, but nuisance flooding in low-lying areas may happen.
