OTTAWA, On. – A poll done by Leger Marketing has the Conservatives slipping by two points to 37, Monday.
According to the poll results, which were published in The Ottawa Sun, 37 per cent would vote Conservative; 26 per cent would vote Liberal; 18 per cent would cast their ballot for NDP, while 8 per cent would go Green.
However, the numbers were contradicted by an overnight tracking poll by Nanos Research for The Globe and Mail and CTV News.
The Nanos tracking poll showed the Conservatives in a majority zone, with 42 per cent – a full 14 points ahead of the Liberals.
