Last chance to talk trash

You get your last chance to tell the city what you think of proposed bi-weekly garbage pickup tomorrow. The environment committee meets then, and is expected to approve the proposal. Council would then be asked to ratify the recommendations Wednesday. Four previous open houses drew sparse crowds to say the least. The change would come into effect next June.
