Police asking for help in violent incident investigation

Ottawa Police are looking for anyone that may have more information after a 41-year-old woman was found early this morning unconscious with serious but non-life threatening injuries at Lebreton Street North and Gladstone.

Police say the woman was found at about 3 A.M., and was taken to hospital, where she has since undergone surgery.  

Police say the woman has a broken leg, facial injuries and other injuries, but hasn’t yet been able to talk to police about what happened.

They’re asking anyone with information to contact Crimestoppers.
