Con man spotted in Ottawa valley

A man wanted across Canada for cons he has pulled on seniors is believed to be in the Renfrew area now.
Richard Earl Rupert,55, reportedly befriends seniors by telling them he is a long lost relative, or a member of building management. He then convinces them to withdraw large amounts of cash from their financial institutions on the promise he will pay it back.
Rupert has been described as:
– 5’5″
– 150 lbs.
– Having blonde or grey receding hair
– Clean-shaven
