Water boil advisory in Richmond

400 residents living in the Kings Park development in Richmond are still under a boil water advisory. It went into effect Friday afternoon after a power outage led to a reduction in pressure in the water distribution system.
If you’re in that area, you’re asked to boil your water for at least a minute before use. The advisory is a precaution and will be lifted once the city receives word that the water pressure has been restored.
