Classic car competition has wrapped up

The 15th annual Auto Classic Competition has wrapped up.

Antique cars spent the day stationed all around the Byward Market, including the Clarendon Lanes Courtyard, the Tin House Courtyard, George Street, William Street and Byward Market Square.

Katherine Solomon with the Byward Market BIA says it’s a great thing for the City of Ottawa.

“The Byward Market of course is quite a historic site within the Ottawa area,” says Solomon. “And to have something as unique as the car show in the area, it really does bring the added value of excitement.”

The also featured live entertainment, local band Intersection played classic rock throughout the event.
