MBNA  Stage collapses at Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest

Just before 7:30 this evening the main stage at Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest collapsed backwards when a strong thunderstorm roared through the city.

The band “Cheap Trick”  were just a few songs into their set when the weather blew in and they were able to leave the stage  seconds before the stage collapsed.

Since the collapse of the stage the band has stated on their facebook page that they are all okay.
