Swimmers ignore high E.coli warnings

Britannia Beach was closed for swimming yesterday because of high e.coli levels, but you’d never know it if you went there. The Citizen reporting hundreds flocked there in spite of the warnings, and tension was even rising as it was hard to find a parking spot.
“No Swim” advisories remain in effect for Brittania, Westboro, and Petrie Island East Bay beaches.
