VIDEO: Cellblock video showing Ottawa woman’s arrest released

Ottawa police have finally released the cellblock video that shows the night Roxanne Carr spent in their custody.
They released the DVD’s to the public at the Elgin Street Courthouse at 9 a.m., Thursday.
Carr has alleged police broke her arm and wrist and that she was left naked in a jail cell without medical care after her 2008 arrest.
Carr was initially charged with obstructing police and damage to property; however, prosecutors for the Crown dropped all the charges after they watched the cellblock video back in April.
Police fought the release of this video. But media outlets argued for its release.
There was a brief delay when the video went missing.
