Rioting continues in London, England

London has gone through its third straight night of rioting that saw cars burned and stores looted.
Three soccer games scheduled for London Tuesday have been called off because police resources are stretched so thin.
Some high-profile players are calling for an end to the violence or else more games might be cancelled.
The trouble has spread to Birmingham, Liverpool, and Bristol.
The rioting has prompted Prime Minister David Cameron to cut short his vacation to Italy so he could return to London.
Tuesday morning, Cameron will chair a meeting of his national crisis committee.
