Ottawa police are probing a rash of tire slashings in Stittsville Thursday night into Friday morning.

Police believe up to 40 vehicles may have sustained damage. Police are scouring the area for suspects

Ottawa police are telling residents who who find slashed tires on their vehicles to report the incident to the police call centre.
