OC Transpo users not happy with route changes

OC Transpo is not meeting its promises to riders, since those massive changes to bus routes and schedules that came into affect on Labour Day weekend.
The Ottawa Citizen reports, since then, transit users have complained about overcrowded buses, far too many transfers and late service that makes them miss connections.
Mayor Jim Watson says his office has gotten about 100 complaints, and twitter is becoming the place for irrigated riders to vent.
One tweet from the over the weekend reads “simply amazed at how awful a capital city’s public transportation system can be.”
The bus system changes were made in an effort to save $20-Million annually.
