An estimated 100 people gathered at the Centennial Flame on Parliament Hill Sunday night for the annual MADD candlelight vigil.

Among those attending for the first time, the husband of Jaye Wass. The 29 year old was killed Oct. 22, 2010 in a drunk driving crash in California.

Every day in Canada on average four people are killed and almost 200 injured by drunk drivers.
